What We Have Here
This clinic has a cone beam CT scanner (a RayQuantum) and a Medit i700 intra-oral scanner. Implants placed here are MIS. Carrying more than one system matters more than it sounds: the right fixture for a narrow ridge is not always the right one for a molar site.
Every implant starts with a 3D scan rather than a guess. The scan shows where the bone actually is, how much of it there is, and where the nerve and the sinus sit. The placement is planned on that scan before anyone picks up an instrument, which is what guided surgery means in practice.
